• Payment: Deposit is 50% of stay, with balance due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of your deposit or if the room can be re-rented. All Cancelled Reservations are subject to a $25 fee.
• Restrictions: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. There is a $25.00 charge per night. Children are welcome.
• Breakfast: Deluxe continental served from 7:30 to 9:30 am.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, and small conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Beaches, deep sea fishing, tennis, biking, shopping, sightseeing, and golfing. There are 18 courses within 15 minutes.
• Attractions & Special Events: Casinos, University of Rhode Island, Newport mansions, Jazz Festival, and nature preserves.
• Directions: From Boston, Providence, and all points north: Follow Route 95 South to Route 4. Take Route 1 South to the Wakefield and Tuckertown Park exit. We are 0.3 mile on the right.
  From New York, Connecticut, and all points south: Follow Route 95 North. Take exit 92 in Connecticut. Proceed right on Route 2 to Route 78. Take Route 1 North to the Wakefield and Tuckertown Park U-turn Exit. We are 0.3 mile on the right.
