  Minimum stay is 2 days on weekends and 3 days on holiday weekends.

• Payment: 1 night's deposit immediately after booking. Balance on arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit minus $25.00 will be refunded only if reservation is rebooked.
• Restrictions: No pets. Well-behaved children 8 years old and up are welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Breakfast Calzone and Baked Stuffed French Toast.
• Recreation & Activities: Tennis, swimming, and golf in the area.
• Attractions & Special Events: 1 block from the ocean. Many weekend activities, concerts, art shows, etc.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Spain, Turtle Soup, and Arturo Joe's.
• Directions: from Connecticut/I-95 North: Leave I-95 at exit 92. Turn right onto Route 2, turn right on Route 78 east. At the traffic light, turn left to Route 1 North. Take Route 1 to the Narragansett/Pt. Judith exit. Turn right at the end of the exit. Travel straight through 2 traffic lights, 1.3 miles on South Pier Road to Boon Street. Turn left onto Boon Street. After the first stop sign Seafield Cottage is the second building on the right.
  From Providence/I-95 South: Take exit 9 onto Route 4 south. Route 4 goes into Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South to the Pt. Judith exit. Turn right at the end of the exit. Travel straight through 2 traffic lights, 1.3 miles on South Pier Road to Boon Street. Turn left onto Boon Street. After the first stop sign Seafield Cottage is the second building on the right.
