Egg Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:

3/4 pound sausage

6 eggs

1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups milk

6 slices bread, cubed

4 ounces shredded cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs and add mustard, salt, milk, and bread cubes. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan and set in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
