• Payment: Deposit is 50% of total stay for multiple-night reservations and for apartment; 1-night stays are paid in advance. Balance for apartment is due 4 weeks in advance of stay. Visa, MasterCard, and money orders accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days (30 days for apartment) prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of the deposit, less a 10% processing fee. After 10/30 days, you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation unless we are able to re-book the rooms. There are no refunds for early departures.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome in some rooms.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast in dining room.
• Recreation & Activities: Beach, golf courses, deep-sea fishing, sight-seeing, whale watching, and antiquing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Ocean, Newport, Block Island, fishing tournaments, and University of Rhode Island.

• Directions: From the North: I-95 South to RI exit 9, Rt. 4. After Rt. 4 merges with Route 1 South, continue 8 miles to the Narragansett exit. Turn left at the light at the end of the exit ramp and go through the rotary following the signs to Narragansett. Follow directions below from the rotary.
  From the South: I-95 North to exit 92. Turn right on Rt. 2, follow to Rt. 78, and go east to Route 1 North. Take 1 North to the Narragansett exit, make a right on South Pier Road, and then take a left at the second light on to Rt. 108. When you reach the rotary take the first right toward Narragansett. Follow directions below from the rotary.
  From the Rotary: Take Kingstown Road (Rt 1A) to the first light by the service station. The road turns right at the light. Follow for 3 blocks to Robinson Street. The Inn is the first house on the left after Robinson St.
