• Accommodations: 4 rooms: some have king or queen beds; all have private baths. One is a 2 bedroom suit. All have working fireplaces and air conditioning.

  Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends, and 4 nights in August.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required. Personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee. If reservation is cancelled within 3 weeks of scheduled arrival, deposit will be refunded, minus processing fee, only if room is rebooked for the entire period of reservation.
• Restrictions: No pets and no smoking inside the house. Children over 12 are welcomed.
• Breakfast: A full gourmet breakfast is served.
• Recreation & Activities: Tennis, swimming, golf, and games nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Ocean, beaches, summer festivals, summer concerts, and art festivals. 10 minutes from University of Rhode Island (URI).
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Champlin's, Cay lily's, and Spain.
• Directions: From the North: Take Route I-95 South to RI Exit 9 to Route 4. Follow Route 4 until it merges with Route 1 South and continue approximately 8 miles to the Narragansett exit. Make a left at the light at the end of the off-ramp. Stay to the right at the circle until you reach the next traffic light. Turn left onto South Pier Road. Follow this road for 1.2 miles. Turn right onto Gibson Avenue. the Inn is on the left past the Dean End sign.
  From the South: Take Route I-95 North to Connecticut Exit 92. Turn right onto Route 2 and follow to Route 78. Take Route 78 east to Route 1 North. Drive about 15-20 minutes to the Narragansett exit off Route 1 onto South Pier Road. Follow this straight through 2 traffic lights for approx. 1.2 miles. Turn right onto Gibson Avenue. the Inn is on the left past the Dean End sign.
