• Accommodations: 11 guestrooms, each with private bath; some have working fireplaces.
• Rates: $120.00 to $280.00 per night. Rates include full breakfast and free parking for 1 car per room. Rates do not include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.

  Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends June through October and 3 nights during certain holidays and festivals.

• Payment: Reservations may be made with a credit card any time before arrival with no deposit required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted. The balance of the room reservation can be paid by either a credit card, check or cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charge. Cancellations made in less than 14 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged a 1-night deposit. If the space can be resold, a refund (less a $25.00 handling fee) will be given.
• Check-in: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made. Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking is permitted inside the Inn. Some dog-friendly rooms are available with advance notice and a $25.00 fee per night. Children age 12 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full Breakfast
• Special Events at Inn: Wedding accommodations, family reunions and business retreats.
• Recreation & Activities: Beaches for swimming, beachcombing, or sunbathing; shopping; and water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, and fishing. Christmas at the Castles, First Night activities on New Year's Eve, masquerade parties, and mystery thrillers at the mansions
• Attractions & Special Events: Cliff Walk, Newport mansion tours, International Tennis Hall of Fame, Bellevue Avenue, Harbor, and Touro Synagogue.
• Directions: From Connecticut on I-95 North: Leave I-95 at exit 92. Turn right onto Route 78 East. At traffic light, turn left onto Route 1 North. Take Route 1 North to Pt. Judith (Route 108) exit. Turn right at top of ramp, travel through stop light, and continue 1.3 miles on South Pier Road. Take a right on Chestnut Street. The Summertime House is on the corner of Chestnut and Cedar. (Entrance for guests is on Cedar Street.)
  From Providence on I-95 South: From I-95, take exit 9 onto Route 4 South. Route 4 South turns into Route 1 South. Take Pt. Judith (Route 108) exit. Turn right at top of ramp, travel through stop light, and continue 1.4 miles on South Pier Road. Take a right on Chestnut Street. The Summertime House is on the corner of Chestnut and Cedar. (Entrance for guests is on Cedar Street.)
