  A 2-night minimum stay is required in the high season (June through September), and there is 3-night minimum for holidays.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit. For cancellations received less than the 14 days notice of scheduled arrival date, deposit will be held for a re-scheduled visit.
• Restrictions: Pets and children are welcomed in some cottages and suites.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings, receptions, spa facilities, and conferences. Also, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other special holiday events with island horse and carriage rides.
• Recreation & Activities: On the beach, swimming, boating, tennis, and biking nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: The Atlantic Ocean is right outside, Beautiful Block Island with all it's attractions, summer and winter. Excellent hiking, surfing, and nearby shops.

• Location: Block Island may be reached by boat or airplane. Ferries run year-round from Point Judith, RI, and seasonally from New London, CT and Montauk Point, NY.
  Daily scheduled flights are available between Block Island and Westerly Airport. Air service is also available from the Montauk Point Airport, and T.F. Green Airport in Providence, as well as charter flights from many additional locations.
