• Accommodations: 7 rooms (3 are suites), each with private bath and fireplace; one has a whirlpool tub. Air-conditioned. 1 suite (Arbor View Suite) has separate entrance and full kitchen.
• Rates: $99.00 to $164.00, single or double occupancy. $25.00 per extra person per night. Weekly rates available for Arbor View Suite. Rates are subject to change without notice. See Homepage for rooms and online reservations.
• Open: All year.

• Payment: A 50% deposit is required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, and check accepted.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival to ensure refund of deposit, less a $20.00 administrative fee. If a reservation is cancelled with less than the required notice before the scheduled date of arrival, payment will be refunded only if the room is re-booked. Failure to notify the inn of a cancellation will result in a charge for the entire reservation.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Children over 6 welcome. Sorry, no pets.
• Breakfast: Full.
