Ingredients

3 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 Tablespoons cinnamon

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

18 eggs, beaten

4 cups milk

1 loaf French bread, sliced into 1-inch slices

Grease a 12 x 6-inch glass baking pan. Layer bread slices to cover entire bottom of pan. In bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add eggs and mix together. Stir in milk. Pour slowly over bread slices. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Serves: 12 to 14
