Favorite Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake

Ingredients

1/3 cup oil

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-1/2 cups flour

2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 cup sugar

Cinnamon Crumb Topping

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3 Tablespoons butter

Cinnamon Crumb Topping: With fork, press butter together with other ingredients so it makes crumbs.

Beat together all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix. Spread in greased pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and serve.
