Ingredients

6 cups rolled oats

2 cups shredded coconut

1 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup honey

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup chopped nuts (walnut or pecans)

1 cup raisins or dried cranberries

1 cup chopped dried pineapple

Combine the dry ingredients. Combine and heat oil, honey, and vanilla in the microwave. Stir wet ingredients into dry and spread onto two greased cookie sheets. Bake in a 250-degree oven 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
