• Accommodations: 5 rooms, each with private bath. Includes rooms, suites, and a private cottage. Plenty of off-street, lighted parking.
• Rates: Rates are based on Double Occupancy (Quad Occupancy when reserving the Braeburn Cottage with 2 Bedrooms). There will be a charge of $20.00 per additional guest. Please call for availability of rollaway beds. Portable crib available for $10.00 per night. Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.

  Check-In: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Other times must be pre-arranged with the innkeepers.

• Payment: Reservation is held with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Travelers checks, personal checks, and cash also accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged one night's stay or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater. Cancellations within 3 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. This includes "no-shows," and premature departures. For peak holiday weekends, the 7 day and 3 day requirements above become 14 days and 7 days respectively. For group reservations (3 or more) other requirements apply, which will be explained at time of booking.
• Restrictions: Children of all ages welcome (please call for details). Sorry, we cannot accommodate guests' pets (there are 2 lovable cats on the property). No smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (Smokers please inquire, as a $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged if you choose to ignore the No Smoking policy).
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast included. Fresh herbs from our garden and greenhouse are also used to enhance our scrumptious dishes. Please note: We can accommodate most special dietary requirements (such as diabetic, vegetarian, vegan, low carb, low fat). Please inform us when you make your reservation.
• Recreation & Activities: In-ground swimming pool on premises (typically open June, July and August) along with deck, cabana and playroom. Tennis, golf, biking, and local parks 1 to 3 miles away.
• Attractions & Special Events: Many Amish Country attractions, live theaters, museums, outlet malls, antique shops, and quilt shops. We can arrange an Amish farm dinner for you, and can also make dinner reservations for you at any of the fine restaurants in the area. • Recommended Local Restaurants: Molly's Pub, Annie Bailey's, Olde Greenfield Inn, The Loft, Symposium, The Belvedere Inn, and The Pressroom.

• Location: The Apple Bin Inn is located in the town of Willow Street, Pennsylvania, about 4 miles south of downtown Lancaster City, in the heart of beautiful Lancaster County. We are located at 2835 Willow Street Pike (also called Rt. 272 N), between Rt. 741 and Penn Grant Road. Please call if you need more detailed directions.
