• Accommodations: 15 guest rooms, each with private bath with shower or tub. Air conditioning, phones, hairdryers, CD AM/FM clock radio, TV/DVD, smoke alarms and windows that open for fresh air. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request. Please note, there is not elevator in the historic building. Some rooms are handicapped accessible. Some rooms are 1 bedroom suites with kitchens and living rooms.
• Parking: convenient parking across the street from the hotel. The garage entrance is on 8th street, between Walnut and Locust Streets. The fee for 24 hours is $21.00.
• Open: All year.
• Rates: Rates shown are starting rates per room, per night based on single/double occupancy. There is an extra charge for additional person in applicable room ($20.00 per night for a children age 6 - 11 and $30.00 per night age 12 and older). Rates do not include 14% tax and are subject to change without notice. Seasonal rates and special packages are available.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation Fee equal to one night stay will be charged for all late cancellations regardless of reason why.
