Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

2 cups oatmeal

2 cups milk

4 eggs

1/4 cup oil

1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar

1 Tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

cinnamon, dried fruit, nuts to taste

Mix together in bowl, spray casserole with Pam non-stick cooking spray and pour mixture in it. It will look like soup. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
