Ingredients:

1 stick margarine or butter (1/2 cup)

3/4 cup flour

pinch of salt

1 can sour pitted cherries, drained

1 cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 cup milk

Melt butter in deep baking dish in microwave on high for 1 minute. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk; pour over butter. Do not stir. Put cherries on top of batter. Do not stir. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with cold milk
