• Accommodations: 18 rooms and suites, each with private bath. Some suites have working fireplaces and/or whirlpool tubs. A 2-bedroom suite is located in a separate cottage with kitchen.

• Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please indicate if your arrival is after 10:00 PM so that we can make special arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Payment: Deposit is a credit card guarantee. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted. To confirm your reservation a deposit (including tax) is required. Your deposit is 50% of your total stay or a minimum of 1 night, plus applicable charges and taxes. One-night reservations require full advance payment (including tax). Your credit card is charged for your deposit at the time your reservation is made. Your confirmation will reflect your actual deposit amount.
• Cancellation Policy: Once you have secured your reservations with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund. Any cancellation received less than 7 dates prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of deposit if the space can be re-rented. Naturally, we will make every effort to re-rent the room and return your deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children 12 and older welcomed.
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast included in rates.
• Lunch/Dinner: Restaurant on premises, open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday brunch 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Reservations recommended.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, conferences, and family reunions.
• Recreation & Activities: Inn is located on 15 acres of of lawns, rose gardens, babbling streams, and woodlands. Sightseeing, shopping, and dining nearby.

• Directions: From Lancaster: Take Route 283 West toward Harrisburg. Exit the Rheems/Elizabethtown Exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a left onto Cloverleaf Road and continue on to the traffic signal at Route 230. At this intersection, Cloverleaf road becomes Colebrook Road. Proceed straight through the traffic signal (Burger King will be on your right) to the next stop sign at Harrisburg Avenue. Continue straight through the stop sign and through the town of Rheems on Colebrook Road (approximately 1 mile). Colebook Road will turn sharply to the left as you leave the town of Rheems. At the next intersection, Colebrook Road turns right. Take this next right onto Colebrook Road and proceed approximately 2 miles, where you will cross over a bridge over Donegal Creek. Take the immediate right onto Donegal Springs Road. Go 1/3 mile and turn right onto Mansion Lane. Mansion Lane is immediately past the stone wall along Donegal Springs Road. The Inn will be approximately 200 yards on your right. Parking is past the house in the parking lot.
  From Philadelphia and New York: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) to the Denver / Ephrata Exit and merge onto Highway 222 South toward Lancaster. Merge onto Rt. 30 West. Stay in left lane to take Route 283 West toward Harrisburg. Follow directions from Lancaster above.
  From Baltimore: Take I-83 North to York, PA. Take Route 30 East to the Columbia Exit. Follow the signs to Route 441 North and go approximately 4 miles to the 3rd traffic signal at Route 772 East. Turn right onto Route 772 and proceed approximately 1/2 mile. Take your first left, which will be Colebrook Road, and proceed approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Donegal Springs Road. Go 1/3 mile and turn right onto Mansion Lane. Mansion Lane is immediately past the stone wall along Donegal Springs Road. The Inn will be approximately 200 yards on your right. Parking is past the house in the parking lot.
  From Washington, DC and Point South: Take I-95 North to Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to I-83. Follow directions from Baltimore above.
