Fresh Garden Quiche Pie

Ingredients:

1 cup Fresh Zucchini, chopped

1 cup Tomato, chopped and drained

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 cup Milk

1/2 cup Bisquick

2 Eggs, beaten

Salt and Pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Arrange zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese evenly in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and spread over vegetables. Bake about 35 minutes.
