• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. If notice is received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Unable to accommodate pets or children. Moderate social drinking. Owner's cat in main residence.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
