Corner Pastimes Bed and Breakfast is situated on a quiet
corner in the small community of Bellwood, Pa. convenient to
Penn State University Campuses. Founded by the Bell Family in
the 1800's, Bellwood was once inhabited by the Iroquois
Indians in what is now known as the Tuckahoe Valley of Central
Pennsylvania. 
Corner Pastimes was built in 1948, just after World War II.
This two story dwelling is home to your hosts, Dave and Lois
Cox, who live in the main building.
Attached to the main building, you will find a quaintly
decorated private one bedroom suite which is fully furnished,
providing the best of comfort. For extra sleeping space, a
queen size roll-away bed is available for an extra fee. The
air conditioned suite features a fully equipped kitchen,
dining area, and living room. Amenities such as wireless
Internet access, cable television, and a private entrance give
you convenience, comfort and privacy.
In the morning, wake up to the fresh aroma of a
country-style cooked breakfast. After breakfast, take a stroll
and enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard and relax on the
suite's private porch.

tourists, such as the Keystone Country Festival and Hartslog
Days.

While in Bellwood, there is a plenty to do and plenty to
see. Sports fans may want to visit the nearby AA-Curve
Baseball. Sporting events at Penn State University are just 40
minutes away. The Penn State Campus at Altoona is just a 10
minute drive.
Two large shopping malls are close by, as well as several
amusement and state parks, museums, and convention centers.
Fun seekers may want to visit the Del Grosso Amusement Park
or experience International Tour de Toona in nearby Altoona,
which is known as "America's Premiere Stage Race."
Great trout and flyfishing spots are nearby as well as the
State Game lands, perfect for hiking or hunting.
