  All weekends booked more than 1 month in advance require a 2-night minimum. Within 1 month, a single Friday or Saturday may be booked. Minimum stay is 2 nights for Penn State football and graduation and holidays and 3 nights for Memorial Day weekend.

• Payment: Deposit is the full amount for a 1-night stay; for 2 or more nights, deposit is 1/2 of total stay. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks accepted within 7 days of making reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of deposit, minus $20.00 for processing. Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and for weekend reservations the balance due will be charged, unless the room is reserved by another guest. The $20.00 processing fee still applies.
• Restrictions: No pets (2 cats in residence). Smoking limited to porch. Children 12 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast includes fresh fruit, juices, gourmet main course, and meats. Continental breakfast available to enjoy in your room.
• Recreation & Activities: Billiard room with game table. Antiquing, golf, and trout fishing nearby.
• Special Events at the Inn: Weddings, receptions, and meetings.
