- Payment: Deposit is 50% or credit card number will hold
reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks
accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be
received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival to ensure
refund of deposit. The deposit balance will be refunded if the room
can be rebooked. Failure to give notice for a cancellation will
result in full charge for the reservation.
- Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children over 12
welcome. Guests may serve their own alcohol (Inn also provides wine
and beer).
- Breakfast: Full.

- Directions: From Interstate 5: Exit 194B
(Eugene) west to end of freeway (Jefferson Street). Continue
straight ahead through traffic light for 3 blocks, left on 10th,
continue 1-3/4 blocks, and left into the driveway behind the Inn.
From the Airport: Stay on Hwy 99 South as it
becomes 7th Avenue. Right on Lawrence Street to 10th Avenue and
right, again, to driveway behind the Inn.
From the Coast: Hwy 126 becomes 11th Avenue and
requires a left turn at Garfield, then right on 7th Avenue. Right on
Lawrence Street to 10th Avenue and right, again, to driveway behind
Inn.
