• Cancellation Policy: 1-2 room reservation: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit minus a $35.00 fee for each room reserved.
  3-4 room reservation: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit minus $20.00 fee for each room reserved.
  5 room reservation: Deposit is non-refundable. Modifications resulting in a shortened stay or diminished party size made less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date will require payment for full reservation. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date will require payment for full reservation unless cancelled room(s) are rebooked.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets.
• Breakfast: Coffee and tea is available at 8:30 am each morning. Two-course breakfast is served family-style at 9:00 am (one seating only).

W. Hersey Street is approx 50 yards beyond Bayberry Inn (no stoplight, but street is clearly marked) Follow W. Hersey Street to Arden Forest Inn (approx 3/4 block on Right; off-street parking provided)
  Driving North (from California): Take I-5 North to Ashland Exit #14 (14 miles N of Oregon/California border) and turn left to cross freeway to head into downtown Ashland - at this point you're on Ashland St, which will terminate at Siskiyou Blvd (approx 1.5 miles). Turn Right at Siskiyou Blvd & follow to downtown Ashland (approx 1 mile). Siskiyou Blvd will terminate and become 2 one-way streets, putting you on Lithia Way. Lithia Way circumnavigates around downtown area and merges into N Main Street at Hellman Street. Follow N Main Street to Laurel Street (1st stoplight past Hellman St). Turn Right. Follow Laurel Street to W. Hersey Street go 2 full blocks and Turn Left Follow W Hersey Street to Arden Forest Inn (approx 1/2 block on left; off-street parking provided).
