• Accommodations: 22 guest rooms including 2 honeymoon suites, each with a private bath, air-conditioning, telephone, cable TV, iPod FM radio, modem hookup and high speed Internet access, free wi-fi, coffee maker, hair-dryers, voice mail, laundry services. Some rooms have fireplace, and Jacuzzi tubs. Every room has an iPad free to use.

• Rates: $99.00 - $288.00 (CDN) dollars, are per night single / double occupancy and do not include 11% tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Parking: Onsite parking available at the rate of $12.00 per night per vehicle on a first come first serve basis (3:00 pm to 2:00 pm next day). No in-and-out privileges. Free on street over night parking is available in the summertime. Public parking lot with daily rates directly across the street from our Inn (approx. $14.00/24 hours). Underground parking available at the Rideau Shopping Center for approx. $15.00/24hrs or $18.00/24 hours - daily pass with in-out privileges.

• Payment: Reservations require a credit card number. Credit card will be charged 30 days prior to check-in date.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice for standard and deluxe rooms must be received no later than 6:00 p.m., 3 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation notice is 30 days for Honeymoon/Getaway Suites and 60 days for the meeting room. Early checkouts penalty during high season (April 15 - November 15).
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. We are unable to guarantee rooms ready for occupancy until 3:00 pm, but luggage may certainly be left in the office at any time. (Vehicles until 2:00 pm only please). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. for guest rooms and 12:00 noon for suites.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Not suitable for children younger than 12 years.
• Breakfast: Full buffet breakfast. Monday to Friday 7:30 - 9:00 am and Saturday - Sunday 7:30 - 10:00 am.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, business meetings, and social functions. Meeting Room available for small groups up to 12 people.
• Recreation & Activities: Downhill or cross country skiing, dogsled or horse sled trips, snowmobiling, mountain hiking, boating, sailing, canoeing, kayaking and house-boating, skating, golf, tennis, hiking, and more.

• Directions: Toronto/Montreal via Highway 417: 417 exit Nicholas Street. Continue to Laurier Ave. - turn right. Turn left off Laurier onto Cumberland. Swiss Hotel is on your right side corner of Cumberland and Daly.
  Hull/Gatineau via Highway 5: Continue on highway 5 and cross Macdonald-Cartier bridge into Ottawa. Continue on King Edward avenue. two blocks past Rideau street intersection turn right onto Daly avenue. Swiss Hotel is on your right.
