Specialty Recipe

One Pancake For Four People

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 cup milk

1 Tablespoon oil

1-1/2 cups flour

2 Tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Measure butter, syrup, and brown sugar into an 8-inch baking pan. Place in hot oven until butter melts. Stir to mix.

In a large bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour into baking pan when well mixed. Bake for 20 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Quickly invert onto large serving plate. Cut into pieces and serve hot.
