| Ear Candling
has been used for years by Egyptian and Native Americans to
relieve pressure in sinuses and ears and to improve balance.
A hollow ear candle is placed on the edge of the ear and the
top end is lit. The warmth of the smoke gently dislodges
foreign debris, softens old ear wax and helps evaporate
excess moisture. The flame draws out fluids and creates a
gentle vacuum which removes excess wax. A gentle lymphatic
face and neck massage is done while the candle is in place.
Ear candling is non-invasive and there is no discomfort.

| Cupping is an
ancient technique used to break up energy blockages in the
body. A partial vacuum is created in different sized cups
that are placed in the skin. The suction and negative
pressure draw up the skin to: drain excess fluids, loosen
adhesions and connective tissue, increase blood flow, and
stimulate the peripheral nervous system. As the cups are
moved up and down the back, the experience is similar to a
deep massage. Cupping therapy allows fresh nutrients to get
to deep tissue. Cupping releases toxins and activates the
lymphatic system to promote healing. The sensation of
cupping is often characterized as deep warmth and tingling,
long after the treatment has ended. Cupping is not an
irritant to the skin or body, but occasionally there may be
