• Accommodations: There are 12 guest rooms. 8 rooms have private baths, 4 have fireplaces, 3 have whirlpool tubs, and all have telephones for outgoing calls. One cottage with kitchen. Two off-premises 2-bedroom cottages, each sleeping up to 8.
• Rates: Rates shown are based double occupancy. Single rates are $10.00 less. Extra child in room age 5 to 14 is $20.00 per night. Extra person in room age 15 and older is $25.00 per night. Weekly rates are available. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  Rooms	Some rooms have attached unheated sleeping porches so the extra beds on the porch are generally usable only from Memorial Day - middle of October. We do have extra blankets in case it gets nippy!

• Payment: Deposit is 50% required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, traveler's and personal checks, and cash are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and changes in reservations must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A $20.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Reservations for more than 1 room and groups will be advised of a cancellation date. Early departures and late cancellations are charged for the full stay as reserved unless you fully rebook your reserved time period.
• Restrictions: Children welcome, age 5 and younger stay free. Age 5 to 14 are $20.00 per night and age 15 and older $25.00. Babysitting can often be arranged with advance notice. No smoking. In accordance with New York State Law, smoking is now prohibited even on the front porch. Dogs are welcome in some rooms. Please inquire.
• Breakfast: A complimentary full breakfast is served every morning.
• Lunch/Dinner: Trail lunches are available, lunch and/or dinner for groups by advance reservation.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Cranberry Pancakes, ... Trail's End Baked Oatmeal, and Trail's End Orange-Glazed French Toast.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, small business meetings, and ski and hiking groups.
