• Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable unless facility can be re-rented. Refunds subject to a $25.00 handling charge.
• Restrictions: No pets during July and August. Pet requests will be considered the remainder of the year. If the pet is accepted, there is a $25.00 fee per pet, per night.
• Breakfast: Breakfast by arrangement.
• Lunch/Dinner: Arrangements for groups 10 to 40 people off season.
