• Payment: A Credit Card is required to hold reservations, however cash or check is the preferred method of payment upon arrival. Visa, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted.
• Check-in: 3 p.m.Check-out: 11 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations are subject to a $25 Booking Fee. Cancellations or date changes received less than 7 days (or 30 days for all holidays or group bookings of 3 rooms or more) before scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount for all nights and rooms booked. A change of date is considered a cancellation of the current reservation. In the event of an emergency or last minute cancellation due to weather, you will be charged the full amount for all room nights booked unless you purchased the trip interruption plan at time of booking. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and be assigned a cancellation number to be valid. Messages left on voice mail by the guest are not a confirmed cancellation, please follow up with an email and request your cancellation number to print out for your records.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. No smoking. Dogs welcome in the Harvest Moon Cottage, with prior approval.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served in the Main House at 9:30 a.m. each morning. Breakfast can be delivered to your door with prior arrangement.

• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: There are 450 acres of state land on the mountain behind the inn, and two beautiful, pristine mountain lakes, miles of hiking trails including The Appalachian Trail and untouched forest The mountain is full of trails, an abandoned RR bed, an old quarry, the hidden remains of a mining village and abundant wildlife. Bring bug spray and boots or sneakers if you plan on really exploring! If I give you a map to this hidden spot you have to promise to keep it to yourself! This is just for guests and the few locals who know about it!!!
• Directions: From Woodbury Commons & NYS Thruway: (Scenic Route - Please Note) Take the NYS Thruway north to exit 16 Harriman. Take Rte. 17 to exit 124 (Goshen/Florida). Make a left at traffic light at end of ramp. At next light make a left onto Rte. 17A. Go approx. 2 miles until sign for Pulaski Highway / Pine Island where you will make a right. Go 10 miles until you come to a traffic light. Go straight for 2.8 miles. We are located on the right hand side of Glenwood Road (a.k.a. Rte. 26).
  From Pennsylvania: Take Rte. 84 east to Rte. 17 east toward NYC. Go approx. 4 miles to exit 124 (Goshen / Florida). At light end of ramp make a LEFT onto Rte. 17A. Go approx. 2 miles until sign for Pulaski Highway / Pine Island where you will make a right. Go 10 miles until you come to a traffic light. Go straight for 2.8 miles. We are located on the right hand side of Glenwood Road (a.k.a. Rte. 26).
  From Newburgh or Connecticut: Take Rte. 84 west to Rte. 17 east toward NYC. Go approx. 4 miles to exit 124 (Goshen / Florida). At light end of ramp make a LEFT onto Rte. 17A. Go approx. 2 miles until sign for Pulaski Highway / Pine Island where you will make a right. Go 10 miles until you come to a traffic light. Go straight for 2.8 miles. We are located on the right hand side of Glenwood Road (a.k.a. Rte. 26).
  From New Jersey: Take 287 north to Rte. 23N approx. 14 miles Take Highland Lakes/Vernon/Rte. 515 exit. Follow for approx. 10 miles until you come to a traffic light (Vernon). Continue straight through light on 94 North for about 1/10th of a mile. Make first left onto Rte. 644. At end of road make a right onto 517 North. Go 3.5 miles. We are the third house on the left over the NY/NJ border.
