balance upon arrival (cash or check only, not credit cards).
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice
must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date
for a refund of deposit, less a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations
made less than 14 days in advance will result in loss of deposit.

Strawberry Festival (second Saturday in June), Amenia Fireman's
Carnival (July), World Peace Festival (August), Wassaic Community

- Directions: From East Side Manhattan:
Take the FDR Drive to the Willis Avenue Bridge exit. Cross bridge,
turn left onto the I-87N (Major Deegan). Take I-287 E (third exit
past toll) to I-684 N. Take I-684 North to Brewster. Follow "From
Route 684" directions below.
From West Side Manhattan: Take the Westside
Highway/Henry Hudson Drive straight north until it becomes the Saw
Mill River Parkway. Drive north on Saw Mill River Parkway until it
becomes Route 684 heading for Brewster. Follow "From Route 684"
directions below.
From Westchester/Connecticut: Westchester and
Connecticut guests should easily find Route 684. The Hutchinson
exits left onto Route 684. Also, Route 84 from Hartford connects to
Route 22 North to Pawling. Follow "From Route 684"
directions below.
From New Jersey: Continue straight off the
Tappan Zee Bridge onto Route 287 East. Take it to Route 684 North to
Brewster. Follow "From Route 684" directions below.
From New York Airports: Follow the signs to the
Whitestone Bridge. Continue straight on to the Hutchinson River
Parkway. About 20 minutes later, you will see an overhead sign for
Route 684 to Brewster; take that exit. Follow "From Route 684"
directions below.
From Route 684: Take I-684 North until it
becomes Route 22. Do not take earlier Route 22 exit signs. Continue
North on Route 22 (29 miles) to Amenia traffic light (the only one).
Turn right onto Route 343 East heading for Sharon, Connecticut. Take
first right (Mechanic Street) past Harlem Valley Rail-Trail.
Continue up Depot Hill. The Inn is the large Dutch Victorian house
on the left at the corner of Depot Hill and Powderhouse Road.
