• Accommodations: Four rooms and four suites, each with private bath. Five have fireplaces, and two accommodations have a Jacuzzi. All rooms have high-speed Internet access.
• Rates: Rates shown do not include the 10.5% tax and 10% gratuity which is added. Extra children in rooms $10.00 plus tax and gratuity; extra adults $25.00 plus tax and gratuity. Guests who reserve 7 consecutive nights, in the same room, get the 7th night for free. Guests who pay by check two weeks in advance of arrival will receive a surprise gift. Rates are subject to change without notice. Single room rates do not apply on weekends or holidays. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are all considered weekend nights.

• Payment: A credit card is necessary to guarantee reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty. Cancellation notices made less than 7 days in advance require forfeit of 1 night's lodging. If you fail to cancel and do not arrive, your whole stay will be charged. Reservations made more than 3 months in advance require a nonrefundable deposit of 1/3 of the stay or 1 night, whichever is greater.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Pets allowed on rare occasions, only in the Library suite. Must make special arrangments. Children welcome.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served, featuring a different hot entree each day.
• Languages Spoken: Some French, and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small conferences, elopements, massages, and small parties (dinners for 8, baby showers, bridal showers, and tea parties).
• Recreation & Activities: An in-ground pool, lots of hiking, sailing, and golf nearby. May fish in nearby streams with a license or cross-country skiing when it snows.
• Attractions & Special Events: Six historic houses, including Lyndhurst, Sunnyside, Kykuit, Boscobel, Van Cortlant Manor, and Phillipsburg, as well as West Point Academy.

• Directions: By Car From Route 9, exit at Route 129. Go east to light at Riverside Ave. Turn left onto Riverside for 1 block. Turn right on Grand Street. Go 1 block. Turn left onto Hamilton which intersects Van Wyck right in front of #49. Go down the drive into the parking lot. Climb the porch steps and ring the bell.
  By Train: Take the Metro North train from Grand Central Station. Hudson line to Croton Harmon Station. 41 minutes on the express train from NYC. If you call ahead, they will try to fetch you at the station.
