• Rates: $99.00 to $159.00 per room, per person for each night. All rates are per person, per night and based on a minimum of 3 persons per room. A 15% service charge and NYS sales tax (subject to change) are added to all bills. All meals packages begin with dinner and end with lunch. Children ages 2-6 are $69 per night; children under 2 years old are $25 per night which includes pak & play & refrigerator for entire stay. Double occupancy should include $25.00 per night and single occupancy, add $50.00 per night. Group and student day-trip packages available. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: $50.00 per adult deposit will insure your reservation. Credit card deposits over the phone are recommended; however, you may mail a check. Billed by full day units with no deductions to meals or facilities not used. Bills are paid in full upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, certified checks, money orders, and cash are accepted forms of payment. No personal checks. 15% service charge and NYS sales tax are added to all bills.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation insurance ($25.00 per person, per stay) guarantees you a full refund up until day of scheduled arrival for any reason you cancel. Otherwise, written cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit.
• Accommodations: 120 rooms, each with private bath and color cable TV.
• Restrictions: No pets.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Yes.
• Meals: Full American plan, beginning with dinner on day of arrival and ending with lunch on day of departure, plus our free Chuck Wagon Snack Bar, where you can get hamburgers, hot dogs, cheeseburgers, veggie-burgers, French fries, ice cream, lemonade, iced tea, fruit cups, and cookies all day long. There are daily cocktail parties with hors d'oeuvres for adults and coke-tail parties with a DJ for children.
• Recreation & Activities: Horseshoe pitching, horseback riding, junior wrangling programs, ponies, hayrides, paddle boating, fishing in our stock pond, indoor/outdoor pools (both pool have a double water slide), massages (additional expense), archery, tennis, basketball, volleyball, handball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, ping-pong tables, pool tables (additional fee), air hockey tables (additional fee), game room, (additional fee), rock climbing wall, beach volleyball, softball, mini golf, nature walks/hikes, cattle calling, line dancing, bingo games, new state-of-the-art fitness center, cash bar, plus organized activities.
• Attractions & Special Events: Baby animal farm, campfires where we roast marshmallows and sing songs, karaoke, milking demonstrations, and live nightly entertainment.
• Programs: Day camp (ages 4 to 10) and nursery program (3 years and younger). Baby-sitting services are available in the evenings at an additional fee.
• Location: By Plane: American, United, and US Airlines, all have daily flights out of Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, NY. Ground transportation is available for a nominal charge or rental cars are available at the airport.
• By Bus: Shortline Bus at the Port Authority in NY to Kerhonkson. Free transportation from Kerhonkson to Pinegrove is provided. Shortline Bus (212) 736-4700.
  From the East: NYC, Long Island, North Jersey Scenic Route: New York Thruway to Exit 18 New Paltz. Left on Route 299. Right on Route 44/55 go over Minnewaska Mtn. Right on Rt. 209 North. Go approximately 2 miles. Left on Samsonville Road, follow signs to Main Lodge. OR:- New York State Thruway to Exit 16 Harriman Route 17 West to Exit 113 Right on Route 209 North. Go approximately 20 miles. Left on Samsonville Road. Follow signs to Main Lodge.
• From the North: Albany - Buffalo New York Thruway to Exit 19 Kingston. On Traffic Circle take first exit Route 209 South. Go approximately 21 miles and make right on Samsonville Road. Follow signs to Main Lodge.
  From The South: North on NJ Turnpike to Woodbridge Interchange then NJ Garden State Parkway North until NY Thruway North to Exit 16 Harriman Route 17 West to Exit 113 Right on Route 209 North. Go approximately 20 miles. Left on Samsonville Road. Follow signs to Main Lodge.
  From The West: Binghampton, Ohio Route 17 East to Exit 113 Left on Route 209 North. Go approximately 20 miles. Left on Samsonville Road. Follow signs to Main Lodge.. Go approximately 21 miles and make right on Samsonville Road. Follow signs to Main Lodge.
