• Minimum Stay: 2 nights on weekends during peak season (May 15 - October 31)
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Special arrangements can be made for later check-in, when necessary.
• Payment: A deposit equivalent to one-night’s stay per room plus taxes is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check in. Method of payments include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Traveler’s Checks and cash. We cannot accept personal checks.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a credit card refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. . If received less than 14 days prior and we are unable to re-book your room, you will be charged the full amount. A $25.00 cancellation fee (per room) is charged for all cancellations. Should you reschedule your stay, the cancellation charge is waived.
• Restrictions: No smoking indoors. Well-behaved children over 12 are welcome in B&B room and all ages in suite. B&B rooms are for registered guests only.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast served at 9:00 am everyday.
