• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If received less than 14 days prior and we are unable to re-book your room, you will be charged the full amount. A $25.00 cancellation fee (per room) is charged for all cancellations. Should you reschedule your stay, the cancellation charge is waived.
• Restrictions: No smoking indoors. Crated pets allowed in Inn's suite only. Well-behaved children over 12 are welcome in B&B room and all ages in suite. B&B rooms are for registered guests only.
