Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Ingredients

3 cups flour

3 eggs

2 cups brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

One 1-pound can pumpkin

2 teaspoons nutmeg

2 teaspoons cinnamon

2 teaspoons allspice

2 teaspoons cloves

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup chocolate chips

Combine eggs, sugar, and oil. Sift flour and measure into separate bowl, then add all spices, baking powder, and baking soda; combine well. Mix dry ingredients into egg mixture. Add nuts and chocolate chips; mix well. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Cool and serve plain or drizzle with a vanilla glaze.
