Puff Recipe

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 eggs

1/4 cup butter (for pan)

Place butter in a pan and put in a 425-degree oven. Place flour in mixing bowl. Add and beat the eggs, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth. When the butter melts and starts to bubble, pour the mixture into pan. Return pan to oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve hot. Put brown sugar, sour cream, and your favorite fruit (strawberries and blueberries work exceptionally well) on top of the puff and enjoy.
