Guest refrigerator, Video Library, Lending Library, Coffee and Tea Service. Off street parking available.
• Rates: $125.00 to $170.00 per night, based on double occupancy. Extra guests (age 12 and over) are an additional $30.00 per night. Corporate and single rates available. Special rates available for retired persons, long-term guests, relocations and business travelers. Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Reservation is held with a credit card and confirmed with a deposit equal to 1 night's stay of 50% of the booking, whichever is greater. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal and travelers' checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be recieved at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations recieved less than 14 days prior to your date of arrival will be charged a 20% processing fee. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival are non-refundable.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Please inquire regarding children under the age of 12.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast in dining room or terrace (weather permitting). Full room-service / coffee and continental service available.
• Lunch/Dinner: Available upon request.

• Languages Spoken: Portuguese, ... Spanish and English.
