• Rates: Rates are per night, based on double occupancy. $25.00 extra per person. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A deposit of 1 night's stay is required. Personal checks and money orders made out to Susan Lehrer are accepted. Checks accepted 2 weeks prior to approval.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund. If cancellation notice is received 15 to 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, refund will be given less a cancellation fee of 10% of total amount of scheduled stay. If cancellation notice is received 8 to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, refund will be given less a cancellation fee of 20% of total amount of scheduled stay. Deposits are not refunded if cancellation is received less than 8 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking (allowed on garden porch). Children welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast (self-serve) from 7:30 a.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. on weekends of coffee, tea, juice, rolls or croissants, cheese, jam, eggs, and fruit.
• Special Recommended Recipes: Blintz Brunch, ... Chicken Breasts with Garlic and Balsamic Vinegar, ... Laurette's Best Brisket, ... Dill Sauce for Gravlaks, and Gravlaks (salt and sugar cured Salmon).
• Languages Spoken at Inn: Hebrew, ... Spanish, and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings and receptions up to 50 people. The first floor and suite off the kitchen include two bathrooms, and there is seating for fifty guests with a large kitchen for use by caterers.
• Recreation & Activities: Brooklyn is Manhattan's backyard. There is an endless array of entertainment, sports, and cultural activities within Brooklyn or a 20-minute subway ride to Manhattan.
• Attractions & Special Events: 10-minute ride to Brighton Beach, Coney Island amusement park and boardwalk, NY Aquarium, and the Coney Island baseball team. 10-minute walk to Prospect Park (summer drumming circles in Prospect Park, weather permitting), Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. 20-minute train ride to Manhattan.
