The inn's professional kitchen and its dining room are the selected site for in-depth courses, professional and non-credit. • Payment: For every 3 nights reserved, there is a 1-night nonrefundable deposit. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (14 days for group reservations) prior to the scheduled arrival date for deposit to be credited toward a future stay. With less notice, the Inn keeps the deposit and does not offer credit.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome - cribs available by arrangement.
• Breakfast: Extended continental. Wine and cheese reception every Friday and Saturday, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

  From Newark: A train will bring you to Pennsylvania Station (33rd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues); numerous bus lines will bring you to Port Authority (bus station; 8th Avenue between 41st and 42nd Streets). We are an easy subway ride ($2.00) or an inexpensive taxi ride (about $4.00 to $5.00) from Penn Station or Port Authority.
