Vacation Rental Apartment

• Accommodations: 2 bedrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, kitchenette, private bath, and private entrance. Fireplace, cable TV, and air conditioning.
• Rates: Rates range from $125.00 (single/double occupancy). Each additional person is $25.00 to a maximum of $200.00 per night. Children under age 10 are free. The suite is rented to only one set of guests at a time. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.
• Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. Call (718) 724-0406, Email: emiliasretreat@aol.com or contact a travel agent. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

• Payment: 50% of total stay required at time of confirmation. Personal check accepted. Cash preferred for final payment upon arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of deposit. If cancellation is received within 3 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 20% refund of deposit. No refund is offered if cancellation is received 2 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Ask about small dogs. Smoking is not permitted within the suite, but is allowed outside in the garden or on porch.
• Breakfast: Fully stocked refrigerator with assorted breakfast fare. Special dietary requests are honored when possible.
• Lunch and/or Dinner: Kitchenette available for snacks or light meals.
• Languages Spoken: Spanish and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Home available for small ceremonies, weddings, and christenings.
• Recreation & Activities: Basketball hoop, boating, bird watching, and ice skating.
• Attractions & Special Events: Coney Island, the ocean, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Manhattan and New York City attractions, Broadway, Park Slope, Williamsburg, Carroll Gardens, and Fort Greene.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: The Farm on Adderly and The PicketFence, both located on Cortelyou Road.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: The neighborhood's Victorian homes.
• Directions: From Brooklyn Queens Expy/Gowanus Expy/I-278 W, Merge onto Prospect Expy via the Prospect Expwy/RT-27 E exit 24. Continue on Ocean Pkwy. Turn left at 18th Ave/Christoforo Colombo Blvd. Continue on Ditmas Ave. Turn right at Rugby Rd. Turn left at Dekoven Ct.
