• Payment: A 50% deposit or credit card is required to hold a reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, cash, and traveler's and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation has been made, $25.00 will be charged per room booked and the balance of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, your deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for non-arrival. From day of arrival onwards, 100% will be charged for non-arrival or early departure regardless of the reason. Cancellations for holiday periods will be charged 100% of stay if cancelled within 14 days of schedule arrival date.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside building; smoking permitted in garden when open. No pets.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast, except when noted.
• Languages Spoken: French, ... Italian, and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings, receptions, and meetings.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, beach, major New York City attractions, horseback riding, and Prospect Park.
• Attractions & Special Events: Manhattan, Coney Island, major museums, Prospect Park, historic districts, Greenwich Village, Wall Street, Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island.
