• Accommodations: 2-room suites, 1 master suite with fireplace, and 5 rooms, each with private bath; 3 rooms with shared bath.
• Rates: Weekends in season $210.00 to $595.00. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  Minimum stay: 2 days on weekends in season and 3 days on weekends in August.

• Payment: Deposit: 50% of total stay.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Cancellations are 100% nonrefundable if received within 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. All reservations subject to a 1-night minimum cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: No pets or smoking in house.
• Breakfast: A continental breakfast is served each morning.
• Recreation & Activities: There is a swimming pool on the premises. Nearby there's biking, boating, dining, ocean beaches, wineries, golf, tennis, shopping, and antiques.
• Attractions & Special Events: Hampton Horse Classic, antique shows, and country relaxation/physical activities.
• Recommended Local Restaurant: Savanna's Restaurant.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Free beach parking.
