• Payment: A deposit of 1 night's stay (2 nights June through October) (or 50% if your stay is 5 days or more) is required to secure each reservation and is applicable to the fulfillment of your designated length of stay. Payment in full is due at check-in. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash are accepted.
• Check-in: after 2:30 pm Check-out: 11:00 am
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or change in arrival or departure date must be made at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date (30 days June through October) to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations are subject to a $50.00 surcharge.
• Restrictions: Children age 12 or older are welcome. Smoking is not permitted. Sorry, no pets.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Recreation & Activities: Boating, swimming, skiing, hiking, and snowmobiling.
• Attractions & Special Events: Gore Mountain and West Mountain for downhill skiing, Garnet Hill for cross-country skiing, Saratoga Race Track (thoroughbred racing), Great Escape Amusement Park, Fort Ticonderoga, Fort William Henry, and Americade. Annual events include Americade, the colorful Adirondack Balloon Festival, an always delightful Barbershop Quartet Competition, and a lively Lake George Winter Carnival.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Fredricks, Ryefields, and Marketplace, located on Route 9 North.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Kayaking and ice fishing.
• Directions: Take Northway (I-87) to Exit 22. Follow signs to 9N (Bolton Landing). Go 9 miles north into the town of Bolton. Take right at the traffic light in front of Topps Market Store (Sagamore Road). Boathouse Bed and Breakfast is located on right-hand side 3/4 mile from the light, just past Smith's Marina. Look for Boathouse parking sign.
