With a newly installed sewer system, as well as the upcoming announcement of the expansion of the nearby ski resort, Fleischmanns is ready to cast off its' shell and welcome new commercial development in its' downtown storefronts. This is a 4 season area, with skiing in the winter (we're less than 2 miles from Belleayre Mountain Ski Resort), and an abundance of outdoor activities in the spring, summer and fall.
