Ingredients:

Pie crust

1 Tablespoon diced onion

3/4 cup milk

3/4 cup half & half

2 Tablespoons melted butter

4 eggs

dash of nutmeg

dash of cayenne pepper

1 Tablespoon flour

1-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1 cup diced broccoli

3/4 cup cheddar

3/4 cup Monterey jack with jalapeño

Bake pie crust for 5 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix together milk, half and half, butter, eggs, nutmeg, pepper and flour.

Sprinkle onion on bottom of pie crust, layer with broccoli, mushrooms and cheese. Pour mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
