• Payment: Reservations are guaranteed, and held, with a valid credit card or if a deposit by check is received within 10 days after placement of your reservation. One or two night stays require FULL payment as deposit. Three nights or more require a 50% deposit (except special requests). Returned checks $25.00. Balance is due at check-in, checks or cash preferred. Guests are expected to pay for their entire reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

• Cancellation Policy: Deposits apply to entire stay. Cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date or room must be re-rented for deposit refund or application of deposit to future date. Returned deposits are subject to a $25.00 service charge. We reserve the right to extend the cancellation policy to 30 days.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking. Children age 8 and older.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast.
• Special Recommended Recipes: Mushroom and Egg Casserole, ... Poppy Seed Muffins, ... Vegetable Quiche, ... Corn Bread Ole', and Apple Crisp.
• Special Events at Inn: Package available November through April: 3 days/2 nights of luxurious Saratoga accommodations; candlelight gourmet breakfast each morning; mineral bath, sauna, and massage at the elegant Crystal Spa; complimentary beverages; passes to the National Museum of Racing; and sweet treats.
