Low Fat Maple Pumpkin Pie

(DJ Thanksgiving Day Special)

Ingredients:

1 can pumpkin

1/2 cup egg whites

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup maple syrup

One 8-ounce can skim evaporated milk

Add to Taste:

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Ginger

Pure vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl or food processor. Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees until pie is firm and knife comes out clean, about 40 to 55 minutes.
