• Accommodations: 2 rooms, each with separate sitting areas and private bath. Private patios surrounded by gardens.
• Rates: $118.00 to $140.00 double occupancy except Christmas/New Years. Each additional guest in room $25.00 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

  Minimum stay is 2 days on holidays and weekends, June - October.

• Payment: Deposit: one night's rate or 50% of entire stay, whichever is greater. Personal checks accepted. No credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days (30 days for holidays and festivals) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less $25.00 handling fee per room. Deposits on late cancellations will not be refunded unless we are able to re-let the room.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets, please, but you may enjoy ours. Children 14 and over only.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.

• Recreation & Activities: Ballooning, skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, whitewater rafting, fishing (fly fishing in the Rio Grande for brown and rainbow trout), downhill and cross-country skiing, bird watching, llama treks, horseback riding, and in-room massage.
• Attractions & Special Events: Taos Pueblo, Rio Grande Gorge, Taos Ski Valley, Manby Hot Springs, Art galleries and museums, Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, Bandelier National Monument, Wild & Scenic Rivers Recreation Area, Taos Balloon Festival, and Wool Festival.
