• Rates: $125.00 to $265.00 per night based on single / double occupancy. Extra person in room is $20.00 per night plus tax. Rates shown do no include applicable tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: 50% deposit required to hold reservation and be received within 10 days of booking. (100% required during Christmas / New Years), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks accepted.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Early or late arrivals must make prior arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for return of deposit minus a 10% handling fee. With less notice of cancellation you will forfeit your deposit if we are unable to rebook your room.
• Restrictions: Smoking outdoors only. Children welcome. Pets welcome with prior approval. (Two dog in residence by not allowed in guest rooms.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Languages Spoken: Spanish, ... some German, and English.
