courtyard. The Fetish Bear with a hand-carved
wardrobe also has a view of the courtyard and is attached
to the main house. The Kokopelli, with its Taos
folk furniture shares a casita with the Storyteller,
with hand-carved Mexican furniture. Both rooms, offering
queen-size beds, make a wonderful getaway suite for
couples traveling together. The Pueblo is a large
casita room that boasts a saltillo tile floor and
king-size bed. It shares a casita with the Kachina
room, offering a queen-size bed. Regardless of which room
you pick, you will have the pleasure of a private bath and
entrance, plus a cozy fireplace along with unique decor
and furnishings.

cross-country skiing, ice skating, and sleigh riding. Warmer
months are perfect for horseback riding, mountain biking,
hiking, whitewater rafting, fishing, and visiting Indian
Pueblos and the natural hot springs in the area.
Visitors may want to spend a day surveying the Puye Cliff
Dwellings or relaxing in Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs. Nearby
neighbor Santa Fe is always a wonderful spot for shopping,
dining, and spectacular skiing. The Enchanted Circle,
including the Red River, Eagle Nest, and Angel Fire, provides
some of the best skiing around. Or guests may wish to spend
timeless moments following the Rio Grande, hiking along the
gorge, skiing the mountain trails, or losing themselves to the
endless stretches of sweet-smelling sagebrush.
