• Accommodations: 15 Rooms (including 2 suites with private entrance, fireplace, and kicthenette). 13 Rooms have private in-room baths, while 2 Rooms have private baths a few steps across the hall. 5 Rooms have wood-burning fireplaces, while 2 Rooms have gas fireplaces.
• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy, single occupancy is $10 less per night. There is an additional $20 per person/per night charge for each person over double occupancy. Rates are subject to change. Discounts of 10% are available for reservations in the suites lasting longer than 7 days. AAA discount also available on standard rooms.

• Minimum stay 3 days on weekends during the high season (April thru October) and 5 days during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Indian Market.

• Payment: Deposit of 1st night's stay for 1-, 2-, or 3- night stay and 2 nights' stay as deposit for stays of 4 or more nights. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid room charge. If notice is received less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, guest is responsible for any nights of their reservation that are not re-booked. Holidays and Indian Market have a 30 day cancellation policy.
• Restrictions: We are a non-smoking inn. Children 3 and older are welcome (additional person charges, if applicable, do apply to children). We welcome dogs in certain rooms with advance notice. There is an additional $20 per dog/per night charge.
• Breakfast: Full Gourmet.
