• Reservations: During high season, reservations required 2 to 3 months in advance for preferred room, though sometimes you can get a room at the last minute. Off season, call anytime.   There is a 2-day minimum stay on weekends (3 days on holidays).

• Payment: Full payment is due 30 days in advance. Balance due upon arrival and payable with Visa, MasterCard, check, or cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received at least 2 weeks (1 month for major holidays and Indian Market) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. With less notice, you will receive a refund only if we are able to re-rent your room each night. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations.
• Check-in: Flexible to accommodate your traveling schedule (after 2:00 p.m. preferred). Please make advance arrangements for arrivals after 8:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Well-behaved pets allowed with $20.00 fee. Children 12 and older welcome in the main house; any age welcome in the cottages. Drinking is permitted.
• Breakfast: A continental-plus breakfast is served.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Apple Muffins, ... Our Daily Granola, ... Best Banana Bread, ... Geneva's Sweet Cherry Muffins, ... Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls, ... 'Mounds Balls', ... Migas, and Chewy Coconut Bars.

• Directions: from Albuquerque: Take I-25 North, exit St. Francis Drive. Follow St. Francis into town and turn right at Cerrillos Road. Turn right at Paseo de Peralta and follow it as it curves around to Palace Avenue. Turn right one more time to Palace Avenue and the Inn is two blocks up and on the left at 529 East Palace Avenue.
  from 285: Turn left on to Old Taos Highway, then left again on Paseo de Peralta. Turn right on Otero Street and go two blocks to Palace Avenue. Turn left on Palace Avenue and the Inn is three and a half blocks up and on the left at 529 Palace Avenue.
